Kyrgyz. Born in the town of Rybachye, Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic. Graduated from KGMI (1984), postgraduate studies at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology (1989).

Worked as a resident physician at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology, senior researcher; currently - head of the department of head and neck tumors at the National Oncology Center. Specialist in the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck tumors. Published over 40 scientific works, including 1 monograph and 2 inventions.
