Kyrgyz. Born in Bishkek. Graduated from KGMI (1985), doctoral studies at RONTS RAMN RF (Moscow, 2000).
Worked as a research intern at VONTS AMN USSR, junior researcher at KNIIOR, and since 2001 - leading researcher in the department of chemical and radiation therapy at NCO M3 KR.
Specialist in the field of radiology. Published more than 30 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
