Azerbaijani. Born in the city of Kirovabad, Azerbaijan SSR.

Graduated from KGMU (1967).

Works at the Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in general and pediatric oncology.

More than 90 scientific works published, including 1 monograph.

Under his supervision, 2 doctoral and 11 candidate dissertations have been defended.
