Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kayindy, Kemin District, Chui Region. Graduated from KGU (1964).

Worked as a lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of department, dean, and since 1998 - head of the department at KGNU.

Specialist in the field of differential equations.

Awarded the medal of the USSR.

Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000). More than 70 scientific works published.

Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
