Russian. Born in the city of Svobodny, Amur region, Russia.
Graduated from Tomsk Medical Institute and Kurgan State Medical Institute (1968).
Worked as a preparator at TMI, pediatrician at the emergency medical station, clinical resident, junior and senior research fellow at the Kyrgyz Research Institute for Maternal and Child Health, pediatrician at the emergency medical station of the State Health Department of the Moscow City Executive Committee, head of the department, leading research fellow, and since 1997 - head of the department at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Obstetrics and Pediatrics.
Specialist in pediatrics. Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Kyrgyz Republic (2000) and a medal from the USSR.
Published more than 140 scientific works, including 6 educational and methodological manuals.
Under her supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
