FROM THE DECREE OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS OF THE KYRGYZ SSR "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE REPUBLICAN INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED TEACHER TRAINING"

Frunze, August 1, 1945

In accordance with the directive of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR dated March 7, 1945, aimed at improving the qualifications of teachers and school administrators, studying, summarizing, and disseminating the experience of the best teachers in educational work, providing systematic assistance to schools, regional, city, and district pedagogical offices, and methodological associations of teachers in organizing and conducting methodological work, the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR resolves:

1. To organize from August 1, 1945, in Frunze, the Republican Institute for Advanced Teacher Training of the People's Commissariat of Education of the Kyrgyz SSR with the status of a higher educational institution.

2. To approve the Regulation on the Republican Institute for Advanced Teacher Training of the People's Commissariat of Education of the Kyrgyz SSR, Appendix No. G.
