Organization of a Crafts School for Printers in Frunze. Document No. 165 (February 1946)

ORDER OF THE HEAD OF THE MAIN DEPARTMENT OF LABOR RESERVES UNDER THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE USSR "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL FOR PRINTERS IN FRUNZE, KYRGYZ SSR"
Moscow, February 22, 1946
In addition to the order dated October 9, 1945, No. 4371-e, I order:
1. The acting head of the republican labor reserves management of the Kyrgyz SSR, Comrade Kleymenov, to organize a vocational school for printers in Frunze, based on the enterprises of the Printing Management under the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR.
The enrollment of students in the school shall be carried out on a voluntary basis among the youth.
2. To establish a planned contingent of students at the vocational school for printers - 150 people, preparing qualified workers in the following professions: typesetters 50, printers 50, binders 50.
3. The head of the planning and financial department (Comrade Samoylov) shall ensure funding for the school.
4. The head of the housing and communal services and medical-sanitary support department (Comrade Martynov) shall ensure the allocation of food funds for organizing meals for students and staff of the school.
5. The department for planning and accounting for the movement of student contingents (Comrade Emelyanov) shall include the vocational school in the list of active schools of the Kyrgyz SSR.
