Graduated from Biysk State Pedagogical Institute (Biysk, Altai Krai, 1966).
Worked as a teacher, deputy principal of a secondary school, methodologist, deputy director, head of the department at the Republican Institute for Advanced Teacher Training (RIUUT), since 1992 - head of the department and since 1998 - professor at KIO.
Specialist in the field of pedagogy and andragogy (adult education).
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 1 textbook, 7 books.
