Mukasov Smanaly Mukasovich (1957),
Doctor of Philosophy (2001), Laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of science and technology (2002)
Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kairma, Chui region.
Graduated from KGU (1979), postgraduate studies at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov (Moscow, 1987), doctoral studies at the Institute of Philosophy and Political Science of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1996).
Worked as a lecturer at KGU, FPI, instructor at the Republican Committee of the Komsomol of Kyrgyzstan, inspector at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz SSR, junior researcher, researcher, senior researcher, and since 2002, leading researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Political Science of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the history of the socio-philosophical thought of the Kyrgyz people.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
