Biybosunov Bolotbek Ilyasovich (1957), Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1999). Kyrgyz. Born in the city of Frunze. Graduated from NSU and KSU (1979). Worked as a junior researcher, senior researcher, head of the scientific group at the Institute of Applied Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, senior researcher, director of the Scientific Information Center of the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 2001 - Deputy Director of the Center for Scientific and Technical Information of the State Agency for Science and Intellectual Property. Specialist in the field of fluid, gas, and plasma mechanics, applied mathematics. Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
