Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kok-Dyube, Issyk-Kul district, Issyk-Kul region.
Graduated from KSU (1961), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1964).
Worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics, junior researcher, senior researcher, deputy director, and since 1988 - head of the laboratory at the Institute of Applied Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of mathematical modeling, numerical methods, and software complexes.
Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR, a Certificate of Honor from the Kyrgyz Republic, and medals from the USSR.
Published more than 50 scientific works.
