RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS OF THE USSR "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE KYRGYZ BRANCH OF THE ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF THE USSR"

The Council of People's Commissars of the USSR resolves: To allow the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR and the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR to organize in January 1943 in Frunze the Kyrgyz Branch of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR based on the republican scientific research institutions, as well as the evacuated institutes of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.

ORDER OF THE HEAD OF THE MAIN DEPARTMENT OF LABOR RESERVES UNDER THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS OF THE USSR ON THE ORGANIZATION OF A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN FRUNZE ON THE PRODUCTION BASE OF THE MECHANICAL PLANT "INTERGELPO"

According to the request of the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR dated February 11, 1943, I order:
1. The Head of the Labor Reserves Department of the Kyrgyz SSR, Comrade Sizov, to organize a vocational school with a contingent of 200 people at the production base of the mechanical plant "Intergelpo" of the Narcomsotsprom in Frunze and to include it in the plan for training workers in mass professions for the February draft of 1943.

2. The Planning and Financial Department, Comrade Friedyev, to provide for the financing of the school in the annual budget of the Labor Reserves Department of the Kyrgyz SSR.
