Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Jergetal, Jergetal District, Tajik SSR.
Graduated from KSAHI (1972), postgraduate studies there (1975).
Worked as a veterinary technician at a collective farm, junior researcher at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Sheep Breeding and Animal Husbandry of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department at KSAHI, deputy director of the Bishkek branch of the All-Union Scientific Production Association "Innovation," deputy director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Sheep Breeding, and since 1996 - Vice-President of the KAU named after K.I. Skryabin. Specialist in the field of breeding, selection, genetics, and reproduction of agricultural animals (sheep breeding).
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
