Worked at the Institute of Economics of the Kyrgyz SSR Academy of Sciences, Deputy Director of the Research Institute of Economics and Organization of Agricultural Production of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz SSR, Head of the Main Department of Science and Propaganda of the Ministry of Agriculture, since 1986 - Head of the Department at the Research Institute of Economics of the State Agro-Industrial Complex of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Specialist in the field of economics. More than 50 scientific works published, including 5 monographs.
