Graduated from KSU (1965), postgraduate studies at the Moscow Institute of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze (1972).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, head of the department, dean of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, deputy head, head of the department of social and cultural sphere of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, since 2000 - first vice-rector of KRSU.
Specialist in the field of economics and production management.
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 5 collective monographs.
