Kyrgyz. Born in the city of Jalal-Abad. Graduated from the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.I. Timiryazev (1952), and completed postgraduate studies there (1955).
Worked as a lecturer at the Moscow Agricultural Academy, Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics of the Kyrgyz SSR, Rector, Head of the Department at the Kyrgyz State Agricultural Institute named after K.I. Skryabin, Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR for three convocations, Deputy Director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Economics, and Professor at various universities. Specialist in the field of economics and organization of agricultural production. Awarded the Orders of the Red Banner of Labor, the Badge of Honor, and medals of the USSR (9), as well as Honorary Certificates from the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR. Honored Economist of the Kyrgyz SSR. Published over 70 scientific works, including 5 monographs.
