Ryskulov Kenesh (1930),

Doctor of Veterinary Sciences (1994)

Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Jeti-Oguz, Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Graduated from the veterinary faculty of KSHI (1952), and completed postgraduate studies there (1955).

Worked as a scientific secretary of the presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, chief veterinarian of a state farm, senior researcher, head of department, deputy director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Veterinary Medicine, and since 1972, head of the laboratory at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Veterinary Medicine.

Specialist in the fields of microbiology, epizootiology, and infectious animal pathology.

Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor (1966), medals of the USSR, and certificates and honorary certificates from the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR.

Published over 150 scientific works.

Under his supervision, 5 candidate dissertations have been defended.

1. Diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of malignant edema in lambs. Frunze, 1973.
2. A system of measures to combat clostridiosis in young sheep. Frunze, 1982.
3. Veterinary preventive measures in sheep farming (co-authored). Frunze, 1989.
