Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Jeti-Oguz, Issyk-Kul region. Graduated from KSAI (1939). Worked as the head of the department, vice-rector for science at KSAI, participant in WWII, director of the Institute of Biology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Specialist in veterinary medicine, pharmacology, and toxicology. Honorary Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, member of the Union of Writers of Kyrgyzstan. Awarded the Order of Friendship of Peoples, the Order of the Red Star, the Badge of Honor, and the Order of the Patriotic War 2nd class.
Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic (1991). Honored Veterinarian of the Kyrgyz SSR (1974). Published over 500 scientific works, including 20 monographs, 11 inventions, 2 textbooks, and educational aids.
Under his supervision, 5 doctoral and 20 candidate dissertations were defended.
