Kazakh. Born in the village of Marshanka, Semipalatinsk region of the Kazakh SSR.
Graduated from the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute (1938), postgraduate studies (1941).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, professor, dean, head of department, and instructor at a party school in Moscow.
Specialist in the history of the friendship of the peoples of the USSR and the history of Kyrgyzstan.
Awarded medals of the USSR and Honorary Certificates of the Supreme Council of the Kirghiz SSR.
Published over 200 scientific works, including monographs.
Under his supervision, 5 doctoral and 20 candidate dissertations were defended.
