Zhivoglyadov Valery Petrovich (1938),

Doctor of Technical Sciences (1974), Professor (1977), Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1984), Laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of science and technology (2002)

Russian. Born in the village of Kalininskoye, Chui region of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Graduated from the FPI (1960), postgraduate studies at the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR and the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (1965).

Worked as a research associate, head of the laboratory, deputy director, head of the department of IA, chief scientific secretary of the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, organizer and dean of the Higher School of New Information Technologies of MUK, since 1997 - dean of the Kyrgyz-American Faculty of Computer Technologies and INTERNET of KGNU.

Specialist in the field of control theory, systems analysis, and computer science. Awarded medals of the USSR, a certificate of honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR, and the "Dank" medal (1999).

Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993). Honorary citizen of the cities of Jackson and Clinton (USA).

Published more than 210 scientific works, including 9 monographs and 5 inventions.

Under his supervision, 3 doctoral and 20 candidate dissertations have been defended.
