Russian. Born in the village of Saara, Oyat District, Leningrad Region, Russian Federation. Graduated from KSU (1952).
Worked as a teacher, deputy director of a secondary school, head of the sector at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Pedagogy, head of the department at KGNU, and since 1992 - head of the department at the Kyrgyz Institute of Education.
Specialist in the field of didactics. Awarded orders and medals for World War II, Honorary Certificate of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR (1975).
Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (2002).
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 14 monographs.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations were defended.
