Kovalenko Boris Gavrilovich

Doctor of Technical Sciences. In 1954, he graduated from the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute.

He worked as a senior researcher, head of the laboratory at the Institute of Automation of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, and head of the laboratory at VNIIKAMS.

He was a specialist in the field of integrated irrigation-energy use of water resources and automation of hydromelioration systems.

He was awarded medals from the USSR, a Certificate of Honor, and an Honorary Certificate from the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR.

Under his supervision, 12 candidate dissertations were defended. He published over 100 scientific works, including 5 monographs, and is the author of 20 inventions.
