Jewish. Born in the city of Kadievka, Luhansk region. Graduated from FPI (1965), postgraduate studies at the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR.
Worked as a junior and senior researcher, head of the laboratory, and deputy director for scientific work; currently - head of laboratories at the Institute of Automation of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of automatic control.
Published more than 130 scientific papers. Under his supervision, 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
