Jew. Born in the city of Nikopol, Ukrainian SSR. Graduated from FPI (1968).
Worked as a research associate, head of the laboratory of experimental production and technical-ergonomic evaluation of mining machines at the Institute of Machinery of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR.
Specialist in the field of ergonomics of mining machines. Corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR (1988).
Published more than 150 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 3 inventions.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
