Karpov Alexander Nikolaevich
Graph. Born on July 22, 1949, in the city of Frunze. In 1968, he graduated from the Frunze Art School. From 1971 to 1975 - Central Educational and Experimental Studio of the Union of Artists of the USSR. From 1968 to 1976, he worked at the Art Fund of the Kyrgyz SSR, then from 1976 to 1979 - as an artist at the Frunze Computer Plant. From 1979 to 1991 - collaboration with the republican publishing houses "Kyrgyzstan" and "Adabiyat." Since 1993, he has been working in the creative association "KARAK" with Bolotbek Karakeev. Since 1995, he worked at the Publishing Center of the "Soros-Kyrgyzstan" Foundation on private orders.
Member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. The best works of the artist are in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev and in private collections in the country and abroad.
