Truskovsky Lev Gavrilovich

Truskovskiy Lev Gavrilovich
(1908-1980)Graphic artist. Born on July 31, 1908, in the city of Suzdal. From 1936 to 1940, he studied at advanced training courses at the Moscow Institute of Fine Arts and graduated from the monumental painting workshop.
From 1960 to 1968, he was the responsible secretary of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz SSR. From 1968 to 1979, he served as the editor of the artistic expert board of the Ministry of Culture of the Kyrgyz SSR. He taught at the Frunze Art School.
Since 1954, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
He worked in easel and book graphics, artistic design, decorative and applied arts, and heraldry.
