Turumbekov Kanibek Asanbekovich

Graphic artist. Born on June 11, 1960, in the city of Frunze. In 1980, he graduated from the Frunze Art College and in 1985 from the Moscow Polygraphic Institute.

In 1987, he became an art editor at the publishing house "Kyrgyzstan," and later served as the art editor for the magazine "Kyrgyzstan Aiyldary."

Since 1990, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. He is a participant in national and international exhibitions. The best works of K. Turumbekov are housed in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev, as well as in private collections both in the country and abroad.
