NURBEKOV Erkinbek
Architect. Born in 1945 in the village of Dolono, Talas District, Kyrgyz SSR.
Since 1968, after graduating from the Sverdlovsk Architectural Institute, he has lived and worked in the city of Frunze. A significant role in the spiritual and professional development of architect E. Nurbekov was played by his work in the typical design workshop of the design institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroy."
From 1979 to 1985, he served as the chief architect of the design institute "Kyrgyzkommunproekt."
Since 1986, he has been working as the deputy director for architecture at the State Design Institute "Kyrgyzgiprov." During his career, a number of residential and public buildings have been constructed in the republic. For his participation in the design of the regional administrative center in the city of Naryn, he was awarded a bronze medal at the VDNH of the USSR (1977).
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1978.
E. Nurbekov's creativity is characterized by a deep understanding of the structure of works, seeking rational solutions for both complexes and individual parts of buildings and their functional placement. He prefers architectural details and nodes, as well as solutions for landscaping. He successfully collaborates with sculptors on the design of monuments and memorials.
