Chen Boris Borisovich (1941),

Korean. Born in Tashkent.
Graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Moscow State University and Tashkent State University (1969).
Worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, senior researcher, head of the laboratory, head of the department at the All-Union Scientific Production Association "Soyuzvodavtomatika", associate professor at KSU, head of the experimental base of the Institute of Meteorology, since 1994 - head of the laboratory of geophysical monitoring, associate professor at KRSU.
Specialist in the field of remote laser sounding of the atmosphere, optics, and microphysics of aerosols.
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 2 monographs, 3 inventions, and 6 educational and methodological manuals.
