Worked as deputy dean, dean, prorector, dean of the special faculty for advanced training and retraining of economic and legal personnel at KGNU, director of the Center for Professional Development, and since 1996 - director of the Institute for Professional Development at KGNU.

Specialist in the field of economics.

Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (1994). Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic. Included in the International Catalog of the American Biographical Institute "Famous Leaders".

Published over 40 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 1 invention, and several educational manuals.
