On August 13, a music video titled "Kyrgyz Dance" was released in Bishkek. The lyrics were written by poet Kiyalbek Urmambetov. The music was composed by Azamat Otunchiev and Mirlan Niyazov. The performer is Sultan Sadyraliev.
"About 100 dancers participated in the filming, showcasing forgotten elements of national dances. They learned Kyrgyz dance elements during a trip to Urumqi (China)," the statement said.
It was also noted that master classes were conducted by People's Artists of China, choreographer and ballet master Bakhtiyar Murat uulu and Gulshaiyr Kurman kyzy.
