PAK Boris Eliseevich
Engineer-builder. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1960.
Born in 1914 in the city of Voroshilov in the Far Eastern region of the RSFSR.
In 1937, he graduated from the engineering and construction faculty of the Leningrad Institute of Engineers of Municipal Economy.
He began his professional career in 1930. Having received an education as an engineer-builder, he actively participated in both the design and construction of buildings. He worked in design, teaching, and supervisory bodies. For a long time, he was the head of the State Architectural Construction Control Administration for Architecture of the Kyrgyz SSR.
He was awarded the medal "For Valorous Labor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" and the anniversary medal "For Valorous Labor. In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of V. I. Lenin."
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1946.
