SPECTOR Iosif Petrovich
Architect. Born in 1954 in the city of Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, RSFSR.
In 1976, he graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. After completing his studies, he began his professional career at the GPI "Kyrgyzpromproekt," where he worked as an architect, senior architect, and group leader.
In 1982, he entered the full-time postgraduate program at the Central Research Institute for Industrial Buildings of the State Construction Committee of the USSR, specializing in the architecture of buildings and structures, which he completed in 1984.
Since 1984, he has been working at the Research Institute of Construction and Architecture of the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR as the acting head of the urban planning and architecture laboratory and senior researcher.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1981.
During his creative career, he has completed more than twenty original works, some of which have been built or are under construction, and has published ten scientific papers on architectural topics. Additionally, Spector has participated as an author in the development of eleven research works. I. P. Spector is the chairman of the section "Architecture, Urban Planning, Economics, and Organization of Construction" of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Research Institute of Construction and Architecture of the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR.

1978. Bus depot for 250 trucks "Specpishchetrans" in the city of Frunze;
1979. Reconstruction of the bus depot in the village of Krasnaya Rechka.

1975. Republican competition. Building of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan in the city of Frunze (as part of a team, encouragement award);
1978. All-Union competition. Standard project of a rural library for 15,000 volumes for the Uzbek SSR (as part of a team, encouragement award);
1980. Republican competition. Complex of the production association "Kiyal" in the city of Frunze (as part of a team, encouragement award).
