HEGAI Evgeny Alekseevich
Architect. Born in 1957 in the city of Frunze.
In 1979, he graduated from the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. After completing his studies, he worked at the "Kyrgyzpromproyekt" institute,
Since 1982, he moved to the "Frunzegeoproyekt" institute,
Since 1983, he has been working at the VDNH of the Kyrgyz SSR as an architect.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1983.
After completing his studies, he worked in industrial architecture. Two major projects during this period were completed in collaboration with architect S. Golubev — the ABC (administrative and household building) in the city of Chardzhou and the support base of PMK-264 in the village of Kazarman. With his arrival at the VDNH of the Kyrgyz SSR, E. Hegai began working on interior architecture. Here, the best qualities of this architect as an artist emerged. With his participation in collaboration with colleagues (B. Plastun, A. Logunov, S. Baynazarov), he designed the International exhibitions "Stone Processing-84", "Energy Savings", as well as the International exhibition in the city of Damascus, Syria. All these works are characterized by deep and refined modeling of space, integrity of architectural approach, and deep informative saturation of exhibition elements. Color, metal polishing, and mock-ups were widely incorporated into the structure of the exhibition.

1980. Republican competition. Series of rural residential houses for II, III climatic zones of Kyrgyzstan (III prize); Republican competition. Union of Arts and Crafts "Kiyal" in the city of Frunze (as part of a team, encouragement prize);
