Kozhegulov Almaz Sulaymanovich
Sculptor. Born on February 14, 1958, in the village of Buruldai. In 1977, he graduated from the Frunze Art College and in 1983 from the Tallinn State Art Institute, sculpture department. Since 1983, he has worked as a sculptor at the Art Fund of the Kyrgyz SSR, and since 1985, at the creative workshop of the Academy of Arts of the USSR (Frunze).
Kozhegulov works in the portrait genre, as well as in decorative park sculpture.
Since 1988, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He is a participant in republican exhibitions and international sculpture symposiums.
