Bektashev Ularbek
Painter. Born on April 20, 1947, in the village of Karaul, Uzgen District, Osh Region. In 1969, he entered the Frunze Art College. After graduating from the college, he was assigned to the Osh Art and Production Workshops as an artist.
Since 1988, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participant in regional and republican exhibitions.
