TURGHUMBEKOVA Elmira Zarifovna
Architect. Born in 1954 in the city of Frunze.
In 1976, she graduated from the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
From 1976 to 1980, she worked as an architect at the "FrunzeGorProject" institute, and from 1980 to 1983, she studied in the full-time postgraduate program at the "TashZNIIEP" institute.
Since 1983, she has been working as an architect at the NIISA (Research Institute of Construction and Architecture) of the State Construction of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1984.
MAIN PROJECTS
1977. Automated long-distance telephone station in the city of Frunze;
1978. Improvement of the streets Ryskulov, Frunze, Belinsky, Togolok Moldo in the city of Frunze;
1980. Production base of housing managements in Frunze (as part of a team).
