KALCHAEV Bakytbek Zarlykovich
Architect. Born in 1948 in the village of An-Ostyen, Jeti-Oguz District, Issyk-Kul Region of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1972, he graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. He began his creative activity at the design institute "frunzegeoproject" in 1972.
From 1979 to 1982, he worked as the chief architect of the Pervomaisky District in Frunze. Until 1983, he was the chief architect of the Sokuluk District.
In 1983, he completed advanced training courses in urban planning at the Moscow Architectural Institute.
Since 1983, he has been working as the chief architect of the city of Rybachye.
In 1978, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1978.
