TSEVMENKO Alexander Ivanovich
Architect. Born in 1954 in the city of Frunze.
In 1976, he graduated from the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. After completing his studies, he worked at the State Design Institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroy". Chief architect of projects.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1980.
A. Tsevmenko works in the field of standard design while simultaneously studying in graduate school at the Central Research Institute for Experimental Design of Educational Buildings.
He (together with E. G. Pisarsky) created projects for 2-story residential houses for individual construction in rural areas. The proposed project solutions rationally combine elements of urban and rural life, thereby contributing to the blurring of boundaries between city and village. A. Tsevmenko is one of the participants in the program for the development of large-panel structures in the field of public buildings for mass construction in Kyrgyzstan (nursery schools, schools). A specialist with deep creative inclinations and great creative energy, he actively participates in international, union, and republican competitions.
