ABYSHEV Sovetbek Ushurbekovich
Architect. Born in 1954 in the city of Kyzyl-Kur in the Ili district of the People's Republic of China. Has lived in the USSR since 1955. Graduated from the Faculty of Urban Planning of the Moscow Architectural Institute in 1977. Since 1977, he has worked at the planning workshop of the "FrunzeGorProject" institute, and since 1979 at the design institute "KyrgyzGiproStroy" in the volumetric design workshop, returning to "FrunzeGorProject" in 1985. Chief architect of projects.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1981.
S. Abyshyev is an architect with an active creative position and a distinct individual style. In his works, he skillfully synthesizes the best features of modern architecture with national elements. He has a well-developed sense of form. In an effort to understand the plastic image of the future building, he skillfully models from various materials and is proficient in modern graphic techniques. An active participant in international, all-union, and republican competitions.

1983. Extension of the meeting hall of the Tash-Kumyr City Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan; 1984. Branch of the Central Museum of V. I. Lenin in Frunze (as part of a team).

1979. Experimental microdistrict "Chygys" in Frunze (as part of a team); Nature park in the Ala-Archa gorge — landscaping, small architectural forms (as part of a team); 1980. Administrative and domestic building of the Rybachinsky Ship Repair and Shipbuilding Plant; 1986. 9-story monolithic dormitory for 590 places in Orto-Sai.

1977. Closed competition. Reconstruction of the "Eternal Flame" in Frunze (two options, II and III prizes); 1978. Republican competition. Restaurant at the VDNH of the Kyrgyz SSR (III prize); 1979.
