KARIBEKOV Erkin Tashenovich
Architect. Born in 1945 in the village of Otuz-Adyr, Kara-Suu district, Osh region of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1971, he graduated from the Civil Engineering Faculty of the Sverdlovsk Architectural Institute.
After graduation, he worked in design organizations "TsNIIPromzvetmet", "FrunzeGorProject", and as a lecturer at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute until 1975.
From 1975 to 1978, he studied full-time in graduate school at TsNIIPromzdaniy in Moscow.
From 1978 to 1985, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Almaty Architectural and Construction Institute, and since 1985, he has been the chief engineer of the urban planning department of the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1980.

1972. Republican competition. Museum of Fine Arts in the city of Frunze (as part of a team, 1st prize);
1978. Republican competition. Monument to road builders in the Boom Gorge (as part of a team, 2nd prize);
1979. Republican competition. Library in the city of Frunze (as part of a team, 3rd prize).
