SULTANOV Saparbek Asekovich
Architect. Born in 1955 in the village of Mady, Kara-Suu district, Osh region.
In 1977, he graduated from the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. After completing his studies, he worked at the "FrunzeGorProject" institute. Currently, he is the chief architect of projects. He was awarded certificates of appreciation from the Union of Architects of the USSR (1980).
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1980.
S. Sultanov is known as one of the authors of the largest projects in the capital. His work includes the building of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan and the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR, the project for the garrison Officers' House in the city of Frunze, the project for the pedagogical institute of the Russian language and literature on Mira Avenue in the capital, and others.
In 1985, the work on the creation of a residential quarter, which forms the southern side of the 40th Anniversary of Victory Square of the Soviet people over fascist Germany, was completed. The design of this complex is unconventional. The terraced building volumes and the inclusion of arched elements in the facade plasticity give the entire ensemble the character of Eastern architecture.
