LAZAREV Oleg Markovich
Architect. Born in 1954 in the city of Frunze.
In 1976, he graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. He works as the chief project architect at the "FrunzeGorProject" institute. Awarded a medal and diploma from the VDNH of the Kyrgyz SSR for the project "Pedagogical Institute of the Russian Language and Literature".
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1980.
The entire creative life of this architect is dedicated to his hometown. Here he was born, grew up, studied, and today he creates projects that shape the responsible urban planning nodes and highways of the city of Frunze. Working in small creative teams, he strives for the works he participates in to be distinguished by bright individuality and completeness. The disassembly of purely functional tasks, the spatial play of protrusions and recesses relative to the original plane of the facade allows him to create plastic and modern works. This approach is particularly evident in the design and construction of the Officers' House of the Garrison in the city of Frunze, which is a three-story centralized volume. The corridor, set back from the red line of Kyiv Street, the complex plasticity of the land, the developed system of stairs and ceremonial approaches—all eloquently speak of the author's style, which is slightly complicated, plastically developed, and generates vivid artistic images.

1983. Improvement of the territory bounded by the streets of Frunze, Togolok Moldo, Kyiv, Panfilov (as part of a team);

Building of the polyclinic for veterans of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 (as part of a team); Building of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan and the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR (as part of a team); 10-apartment residential building on Dzerzhinsky Street (as part of a team);
1985. Development of the block bounded by the streets of Pravda, Pushkin, Shopokov, and Lenin Avenue (as part of a team);
1987. Officers' House of the Garrison in the city of Frunze (as part of a team).

1977. Extension to the educational building of the Kyrgyz State Institute of Physical Culture (as part of a team);
