
FLEKLER Lydia Vladimirovna
Architect. Born in 1949 in the city of Frunze.
In 1971, she graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. After completing her studies, she worked at the "Kyrgyzselkhozproekt" institute.
In 1974, she moved to the Frunze Construction Technical School in the architecture department, where she taught the history of architecture.
From 1975 to 1977, she worked at the "FrunzeGorProekt" institute.
Since 1977, she has been working at the "TsNIIProm" institute as the head of the architectural group. She was awarded a bronze medal at the VDNH of the USSR.
A member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1981.
The area of expertise of L. V. Flekler includes standard projects for kindergartens, schools, vocational technical schools, and facilities that provide a scientific approach to the leading sector in Kyrgyz agriculture—animal husbandry.
Among the most significant works she has completed as part of teams are the Orto-Alysh settlement, where she participated in the development of a community center, and the scientific and production facilities of the veterinary sector of KyrgNPOZh—an individual project.
