
MARCHENKO Ariadna Nikolaevna
Architect. Born in 1934 in the city of Kharkiv.
In 1957, she graduated from the architecture department of Lviv Polytechnic Institute.
From 1957 to 1969, she worked at the GPI institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroy," from 1969 to 1979 — at the institute "Kyrgyzkolkhozproekt" as the chief project architect, and since 1979 — head of the architectural group at the institute "TsNIIPEvtsiprom." She was awarded the "Labor Veteran" medal in 1985.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1961.
MAIN CONSTRUCTIONS
1965. Quarter on Liniynaya and Soviet streets in the city of Frunze (as part of a team);
1967. Infill of the quarter on Lenin Avenue, Turusbekov, Kyiv, and Sverdlov streets in the city of Frunze (as part of a team);
1970. Master plan for the district center of Tyup in the Issyk-Kul region;
1974. Building of the institute "Kyrgyzkolkhozproekt" in the city of Frunze;
1975. Dormitory of Kyrgyz State University in the city of Frunze (as part of a team);
1976. Development of a block with 8-12 apartment two-story houses for a brick factory in the village of Kaindy;
1978. Residential area in the city of Osh.

1982. Kyrgyz Research Institute of Greenhouses, Pastures, and Forages near "Manas" airport (as part of a team);
1986. Standard projects for schools for 504 and 704 students made of brick for rural areas (as part of a team).
COMPETITION WORKS
1970. Republican competition. Experimental settlement "Orto-Alysh" (as part of a team, III prize);
1979. Republican competition. 1-2 story residential houses made of brick for rural areas (as part of a team, II prize).
