Adyshev Musa Mirzapayazovich (1915-1979), Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences (1969), Professor (1971), Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1961)
Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Gulcha, Alay District, Osh Region. Graduated from the geological faculty of SAGA (1947).
Worked as a teacher, director of a secondary school, junior researcher, director of the Institute of Geology, vice-president, and president of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR. Specialist in metallogeny, regional geology, lithology, and nuclear geochemistry.
Awarded the Orders of the October Revolution, the Red Banner of Labor, and medals of the USSR. Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Laureate of the Gold Medal of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "For Outstanding Achievements in Science of the 20th Century." Published more than 50 scientific works, including 3 monographs.
Under his supervision, 14 doctoral and 107 candidate dissertations were defended.
