TOYBAEV Nurlanbek Beishembaevich
Architect. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1979.
Born in 1957 in the city of Frunze.
In 1979, he graduated from the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
From 1979 to 1981, he worked at the institute "TsNIIProm", and since 1981 — at the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR, currently serving as the head of the urban planning and architecture department, implementing a unified technical policy in the territory of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1986.
MAIN CONSTRUCTIONS
1980. A series of standard projects for residential buildings for individual construction in the 111th climatic zone of the Kyrgyz SSR (as part of a team);
1981. A series of standard projects for residential buildings for individual construction in the IV climatic zone of the Kyrgyz SSR (as part of a team);
1983. A dormitory for 25 places at the "Salamat" boarding house on Lake Issyk-Kul (as part of a team);
1985. Headquarters of the pioneer detachment at the "Barchyn" pioneer camp on Lake Issyk-Kul (as part of a team).
MAIN PROJECTS
1984. A restaurant for 75 places on Frunze Street in the city of Rybachye (as part of a team).
