G. Kutateladze is an architect creatively working in various fields of architecture. Over nearly 30 years of activity, he has created many buildings that still retain their freshness and expressiveness, forming significant urban nodes and highways. Among them are the buildings of the M. V. Frunze Museum, the Ministry of Automobile Transport, and the Ministry of Construction, the institute "Kyrgyzdortansproject," and others. The most significant works carried out during the XI Five-Year Plan included Lenin Square, the development of Soviet and other streets in the city of Frunze.

For more than 10 years, G. Kutateladze dedicated himself to a major comprehensive project—the detailed planning of the center of Frunze.

Alongside his creative activities, G. Kutateladze also acts as an organizer of city development. While working in the Main Architectural and Planning Department, he devotes all his time to the challenging work of the chief architect of the city.

He heads the Urban Planning Council of the city of Frunze, where all the most significant design developments are discussed.

During his tenure as chief architect of the city, the architectural appearance of the capital has significantly changed and enriched.
