ABYKAEV Bakyt Monoshevich
Architect. Born in 1946 in the village of Bokonbaev in the Ton district of the Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz SSR. In 1971, he graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. He began his career as a senior architect in the construction and architecture department of the Issyk-Kul regional executive committee. In the same year, he was appointed chief architect of the city of Przhevalsk. In 1976, he became the deputy chief architect of the Issyk-Kul region. In 1979, at the invitation of the Frunze city executive committee, he moved to the city of Frunze, where he initially worked as the chief architect of the First May district of Frunze, and later as the head of the individual construction department of the Frunze city executive committee. Under his leadership, the State Inspection for the Supervision of the Maintenance of Individual Residential Houses in the city of Frunze was established. In 1985, he was transferred to work in the capital construction system of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, where he currently serves as the head of the capital construction department.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1976.

1971—1976. Central square of the city of Przhevalsk, Honor Board and regional indicators, festive tribune of the city, reconstruction of Pushkin Park, Alley of Labor Glory, monumental entrance to the city, beach area for the city in the Koy-Sary region, Monument to those who died in the Great Patriotic War in the village of Chelpek, Ak-Suu district. 1976—1979. Decorative-monumental entrances to the cities of Rybachye, Przhevalsk, the district center of Jetty-Oguz, Boru-Bash, Kadji-Sai, and others.
1977. General plan of the city of Przhevalsk (as part of a team - with participation); 1985.
