KONDUCHALOVA Gul-Jamal Abdyievna
Architect, Candidate of Architecture.
Born in 1950 in the city of Frunze.
In 1973, she graduated from the Faculty of Urban Planning of the Moscow Architectural Institute. After completing her studies, she was assigned to pedagogical work at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute, where she successfully competed for the position of lecturer at the Department of "Architecture."
From 1976 to 1980, she studied in graduate school at the Moscow Architectural Institute. After defending her dissertation in 1980, she returned to the department. She teaches courses on "Soviet and Contemporary Foreign Architecture" and "Landscape Architecture," and supervises course and diploma projects. She conducts ongoing research work within the framework of state budget projects on the use of urban territories.
In 1973, she was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Central Committee of the Komsomol for the development of the project for the Park of Polish-Soviet Friendship in the city of Poznań.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1981.
MAIN CONSTRUCTIONS
1977. Interiors of the Osh Regional Local History Museum;
1981. Exhibits for technical and international exhibitions in Turkey, India, Latin America;
1986. Park of the residential area of the city of Tokmak (as part of a team — leader).
COMPETITION WORKS
1972. All-Union review-competition of diploma works. Park of Polish-Soviet Friendship in Poznań (as part of a team — leader, diploma of I degree with honors, gold medal of VDNH USSR);
1974. All-Union review-competition of diploma works. Recreation area on Issyk-Kul (as part of a team — leader, diploma of II degree); 1982. All-Union review-competition of diploma works. Recreation area on the Lower Ala-Archa Reservoir (as part of a team — leader, diploma of I degree with honors);
1985. International competition. "Housing of the Future" (as part of a team, I prize of the national round, bronze medal of UNESCO).
